so this one time like 2ish years ago, my boyfriend told me that the song she paints me blue by something corporate reminds him of his ex girlfriend. his girlfriend that he dated for a couple of months way back in eighth grade. (i know, being jealous of a girl he dated 6 years ago makes me lame and immature) so for the last 2 years, i’ve been skipping it every time it has come up on my ipod/itunes.
but just now, i decided to listen to all of north and i stopped myself from skipping she paints me blue.
dang, it’s a good song and i’ve really been missing out.
and i’ve just made the decision to stop being dumb and stop skipping it. yup.
and eric, if you somehow stumbled upon my blog like you do every so often, i know you love me a lot a lot a lot a lot. :) and that just because a song reminds you of another girl doesn’t make you like/love me any less. :)
